Jaber Al Ahmad International Stadium is a newly built facility with capacity of 60,000 spectators, surrounded by landscape and surface car park capacity 6,000 parking space. It also includes several athletics and sports facilities, press rooms and press conference room, AV / Broadcasting facilities and VVIP area with foot print 500,000 sqm.

Public Authority for Sports (PAS) seeks to equip the JAIS with state-of-the-art Sports space, and Smart Building System, through application of Facilities Management and system integration. Along with development of services and assets through well planned strategic plan including the new required services and building in JAIS premises.

Our plan was to re-study the areas around jabber Al Ahmad International Stadium and provide them with public services buildings and investments buildings such as: Public toilets, Cafeterias, outdoor entertainment areas & Hospitality rooms to help revive the areas. Furthermore giving the areas the spirit of aesthetic required.
